Shipping Policy – The Reviva Hub
All delivery timelines are based on operational estimates and past order performance. These timeframes are approximate and provided for guidance only.
1. Delivery Area
The Reviva Hub currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT), Monday–Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed:
After 11:00 AM (GMT), On weekends por On UK public holidays Will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorisation
After you place your order, we will pre-authorise your payment method. Your card will not be charged at this stage.
We then confirm product availability with our supplier.
If the item is available, payment will be processed and your order will be prepared for dispatch.
If the item is unavailable or delayed (e.g., backorder), the pre-authorisation will be voided and we will notify you promptly.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing begins once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
Processing Time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
Processing includes: Payment verification, Product quality checks, Secure packaging, Dispatch preparation & Tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched (where available).

7. Important Delivery Information
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
UK public holidays, Courier service delays, High order volumes or External logistics disruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in the event of significant delays.
8. Change of Address
To update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

We cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched or is in transit.
9. Order Cancellations
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.
If an order has been shipped, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs in accordance with our returns policy.
Missed deliveries or refusal to accept delivery may result in additional return or re-delivery charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
10. VAT & Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website include UK VAT where applicable.
No additional VAT will be added at checkout.
Any optional shipping fees or additional charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
11. Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
We will notify you via email.
The unavailable item will be cancelled and refunded unless we receive alternative instructions from you within 2 business days.
12. Unexpected Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
13. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Please reject the parcel and notify us immediately.
If delivered in your absence:
Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
