Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Fonteyn Saunas and Sauna Plunge Saunas supplied by The Reviva Hub are covered by a:
1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
What Is Covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:
Sauna Structure
- Timber panels and structural components
- Factory-fitted benches
- Doors and door hardware
- Roof components supplied as part of the sauna package
Sauna Heater
- Manufacturer-supplied sauna heater
- Factory-installed electrical components
- Heater controls supplied with the sauna
Factory-Fitted Components
- Internal lighting systems (where supplied)
- Ventilation components
- Control panels
Should a manufacturing fault occur during the warranty period, replacement parts or repair solutions will be provided at the manufacturer’s discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
General Wear and Tear
Natural ageing and use-related wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

- Minor timber movement
- Colour changes due to weather exposure
- Natural cracking, knot movement, or expansion/contraction of timber
Environmental Factors
Damage caused by:
- Storms
- Flooding
- Fire
- Frost damage
- Excessive weather exposure
- Improper site preparation
Improper Installation
Issues arising from:
- Incorrect assembly
- Unauthorised modifications
- Electrical work not completed by a qualified professional
- Failure to follow installation instructions
Commercial Use
The warranty applies to domestic residential use only unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Consumable Components
Items considered consumable or maintenance-related, including:
- Sauna stones
- Light bulbs
- Protective finishes
- Routine maintenance products
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:
