Returns
Return Conditions
At The Reviva Hub, we work with premium suppliers to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.
We accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect or not-as-described items
- Unwanted items (subject to conditions below)
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or installed (unless faulty)
- Items returned outside of the 30-day window
Returning Unwanted or Incorrect Items
If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
- All components, manuals, and accessories are included
- You have contacted us in advance to arrange the return
Products that have been built or used may be subject to return fees depending on the product and situation.
Please ensure all items are checked for damage before assembly, as once assembled, we may not be able to accept returns where it cannot be determined whether damage occurred during delivery or installation.
Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items Not as Described
If you receive an item that is incorrect or significantly different from its description, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
You will be offered:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A full refund, including original shipping
Reporting Damage or Faults
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return or resolution, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for visible damage
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence
- Include your order number and product details
For faults that develop after delivery, please contact us as soon as the issue arises.
Assessment & Resolution
Once your claim has been received:
- We will review the issue with our supplier
- You may be asked for additional information
- A resolution will be provided as quickly as possible
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- Replacement parts
- Repair
- Product replacement
All outcomes are subject to supplier approval and warranty terms.
Important Notes
- Items must not be installed if visibly damaged on arrival
- Any damage must be reported before installation
- We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported outside the stated timeframes
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used ice baths) cannot be returned once opened or used.
The Sauna Plunge range is non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
These exclusions are clearly stated on the relevant product pages.
Warranty Returns
All products sold by The Reviva Hub are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, protecting against defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty periods and coverage vary depending on the product and supplier.
How Warranty Claims Work
If you experience an issue covered under warranty:
- Contact us with your order details
- Provide photos or videos showing the fault
- We will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf
Warranty Coverage
Warranty claims may include:
- Repair of faulty components
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement (where applicable)
Warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Misuse or lack of maintenance
- Damage caused after delivery

Please include your order number and reason for return so we can assist you quickly.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive confirmation by email
Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
