Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)

Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on order value:

Orders under £1000: £150

Orders £1000 and above: Free Shipping

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details are sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged:

Provide your order number

Send photos or videos showing the damage

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes. Warranty periods are listed on individual product pages.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with:

Do I need to pay VAT?

All product prices displayed on our website include UK VAT, where applicable.

No additional VAT will be added at checkout.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Can I return an assembled sauna or ice bath?

We recommend inspecting your product carefully before assembly.
