Flat surface. Concrete, paving, or reinforced decking that can safely support 240kg plus water weight.
Water access for filling
Access. Ensure clear delivery route and enough space for installation and future servicing.
Choose a location with good drainage and protection from heavy rain.
Ventilation: Allow airflow around the chiller unit for efficient operation
Connection: Requires a dedicated 13A UK socket for the chiller unit.
Safety: Socket must be weatherproof (IP rated) and RCD protected if outdoors.
Installation: Position the socket within safe reach of the chiller, avoiding extension leads.
Professional check: While plug-and-play, we recommend an electrician confirm outdoor sockets meet safety standards.
Water Supply & Drainage. Ensure access to a hose or water source for filling. Draining: Position the unit where the drain outlet can be used safely without pooling water. Maintenance: Regular water changes and cleaning are required for hygiene.
